MRL is operated by UBLeagues LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to nationalrematchleague@gmail.com.
Depending on use, MRL may collect a legal or submitted participant name, email address, Discord username and identifier, gaming username, platform, position, U.GG profile link, player evaluations, eligibility and discipline information, registration code, season identifier, payment and checkout identifiers, payment status, policy-acceptance evidence, support communications, administrative notes, reward verification, PayPal payment information, and tax records when legally required.
MRL may also create or receive public player profiles, statistics, standings, schedules, awards, screenshots, streams, recordings, match footage, and other league media. Square, not MRL, processes payment-card numbers used at checkout; MRL receives transaction identifiers and payment status needed to administer registration.
MRL uses information to process registration, verify age and policy acceptance, evaluate eligibility, form rosters, operate competitions, maintain records, administer rewards and qualifying refunds, update Discord roles and nicknames, communicate, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, secure services, comply with law, and publish or promote league activity.
Gaming names, public profiles, rosters, performance data, statistics, standings, awards, screenshots, streams, and league media may be publicly visible. Correction or removal requests are evaluated against accuracy, safety, legal obligations, competitive integrity, historical-record needs, and the rights of others.
MRL uses Square for payment processing, Supabase for database and application services, Railway for registration hosting, the main website host, Discord for identity and community operations, PayPal for approved reward payments, and other operational providers as needed. These providers process information under their own terms. MRL may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or services, investigate misconduct or fraud, enforce policies, complete a business transaction, or act at a participant's direction.
MRL intends to retain verification results and audit records instead of raw identity documents longer than necessary. Consent records are preserved rather than overwritten so the version, effective date, source, and acceptance evidence applicable to a transaction remain identifiable.
Participants may request correction, access, or deletion by emailing the privacy contact. MRL may verify the requester's identity. A request may be limited when retention is required for transactions, taxes, law, security, fraud prevention, disputes, competition records, ban enforcement, league history, or the rights of others. Deletion may make continued participation impossible.
MRL systems may process IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, application events, authentication and session identifiers, error details, and security signals. MRL may use essential cookies or similar technology for sign-in, security, preferences, and application operation. Third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technology under their policies.
MRL uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission, hosted service, or storage system is completely secure. Participants should protect their accounts and report suspected unauthorized activity. MRL will investigate suspected security incidents and provide notices when applicable law requires.
Do not send Social Security numbers, government identification, or tax forms through public Discord channels or ordinary insecure forms. Raw identity documents should be deleted within 30 days after verification unless law requires longer. An approved secure collection, access-control, deletion, and audit process must exist before MRL requests these documents.
MRL may link to Discord, Square, PayPal, U.GG, game platforms, social networks, and other third parties. Their services and privacy practices are controlled by them, not this policy.
MRL participation is limited to people at least 18 years old. The registration application is not intended to collect information from children.
Requests may be sent to nationalrematchleague@gmail.com.
The policy version accepted for a registration is recorded with that transaction. Later versions do not replace historical acceptance evidence. Material changes will be announced through an official MRL channel and apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
